Managing Director, Peter Way has been committed to the steel and protective coatings industry for over 35 years. He has been involved in the establishment of several abrasive blasting and protective coating operations and has broad experience in the steel fabrication manufacturing and protective treatment industry.

As a full time Managing Director of the Company, Peter is involved in all aspects of the business’ production and service commitment to its existing clients, with particular focus on securing new long term clients and identifying new growth areas within the business.

Michael Bell joined CCMP in 2015 in the position of Operations Manager. Mick heads up Workshop Maintenance and Site works for CCMP along with leading our experienced team in hot metal spray and Speedliner operations. Mick is a qualified NACE Level 1 Coating Inspector and a keen problem solver.

Bradley Wenzel has been part of the CCMP family for over 25 years. His role is that of the Production Manager and he heads up production in the CCMP workshop. He leads an experienced and well trained production team. Brad has a wealth of experience in both management and protective coatings and his long standing knowledge and professional relationships with long term clients is value adding to our clients, suppliers and team at CCMP.

The Production and Admin Team:
Without CCMP’s experienced and skilled production and Admin teams the company would not be complete. Many of the team have been with the business for many years and are integral to its ability to successfully service the protective coatings for the 40 plus years of operations.
